				<div class="et_pb_text_inner"><div>The Plough at Kings Walden was under threat from a change of use planning application by its previous owners, Admiral Taverns. On May 24th after a lengthy battle they agreed to sell it to the Pilkington Farm Partnership who bought it for the community.</div>

<div>Adam Nicoll led the community in objecting to planning permission and liaising with Richard Pilkington of the PFP to fund the project.</div>
<div></div>
<div>We hope the pub will now be saved for a generation now that it has undergone such a fabulous and sensitive renovation by the Pilkington Farm Partnership team.</div>
